As reported in a previous news item and the HFACT newsletter ACTIVATED, in late 2023 Kathryn Body decided to take service leave and then retire. Kathryn officially left HFACT in February. We thank her for dedicated service since 2016 and wish her well for the future.
The management committee has reviewed the role of the counsellor and the specifications for the position.
HFACT is now seeking a dedicated and self-motivated person to provide social services and counselling to the haemophilia community that we represent. Advertising for applicants has begun, with interviews expected to take place in May. We hope to employ a suitable person before the end of June.
Further details about the role and how to apply can be found at https://www.hfact.org.au/vacancy
